What to expect:
You can expect a well organized, exciting experience for all levels of anglers.
A one time annual membership fee of $50 per angler (B.A.S.S. member dues are included in this),membership form per angler and your team entry fee will be collected.
A pre-tournament meeting will take place at designated launch ramp at designated lake. We will go over flight weigh-in time, off-limits and important information about that specific tournament. Boat inspections will take place on the water if levels are accommodating if not they will take place prior to launch.
The National Anthem will be played and the The American Flag will be flown. Boats will be released and the tournament will officially begin! Official rules will be provided with your Membership Package.
2020 Season
As many of you know the State Of California is still on partial shutdown, there are lakes that are open and lakes that are closed, some lakes don’t care if an event happens and others are NO EVENTS. All the Southern California lakes and Millerton Lake are shut down for any event until further notice of the Governor. We are unsure whether the BASS Team Challenge will take place in December as that is out of our hands.
With all of the closures, cancelling of events and trying to continue our season we have made the tough choice to Stop Points, there will be NO Points, NO TOC, we will roll over the 20% money that we have collected from our first few tournaments to the 2021 season.
We will run as many Travelers and Local events at the scheduled lakes that are open and can be completed with No Points, social distancing to be practiced and a 95% payback and you must be a member to participate.
If you want to compete in the BASS Team Challenge this event will be where you earn the chance to go. There are 2 places available for promotion to the Team Challenge. The promotion is based on placing. The BASS Team Challenge will be based on region; payouts will be based actual placing. Any questions please contact David Coy (559)280-8884.
